3. Public Nature of Content

Content you submit — rants, comments, your username, and uploaded media — is publicly visible to all visitors. Do not include sensitive personal information such as your home address, phone number, or financial details in your submissions. You are responsible for the content you choose to make public.

4. Data Sharing & Legal Disclosures

We may share your information with service providers who help us operate the platform, and with law enforcement or legal authorities when required by valid legal process. If your submitted content becomes the subject of a legal claim, we may be required by law to disclose your account registration information to relevant authorities or legal claimants. By using this platform, you accept this possibility.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing support@recentia.fyi. Content you have submitted may remain in cached or archived forms after deletion; we will make reasonable efforts to remove it upon verified deletion requests.

6. Your Rights & Contact
